This is Ruby now aged 3 years old. Ruby changes all the time facially but never in personality. She is the most laid back and loyal cat I have ever known. Ruby is now neutered and has retired from breeding due to problems she has faced in her labours. We decided enough was enough and on her last cesarian section she was spayed.  She will stay here with us at Dazzlecats and be my much loved shadow.

Ruby was my much awaited new edition here at Dazzlecats. She is a blue silver tortie tabby and white Maine Coon.
Ruby is a sweet girl and is very vocal. Making sure you know where she is every minute of the day.
As she has grown Ruby has become a very well behaved young lady and has matured nicely. She is still very tolerant of all things and behaves herself impecably if we have to visit the vets or any shows.

She loves to sleep in the crook of your arm in bed at night.

Ruby will be making her debut on the show scene in late May and fingers crossed she will do very well. She will also be a future breeding queen when she is much older.
Ruby has now settled in here with us very well. She has found her feet and made friends with almost all of the other cats.

She worries about nothing and is very brave and bold. She loves to spend her time jumping on and biting Samson our male neuter Maine Coon. Luckily he is very tolerant with her and plays nicely and doesn't hurt her.

Ruby is a typical naughty tortie and wherever there is lots of noise and commotion she is normally at the centre of it alongside her accomplices that she manages to entice into her game.

Ruby was a fantastic mother to her first litter of kittens and albeit getting off to a rocky start with being unwell she soon recovered and carried on regardless as though nothing had happened.

Photo's of her daughter Dazzlecats New Beginnings (Talei) can be found on our kittens in their new homes page. She resides with Alison Milligan at Westlakes Maine Coons in Cumbria. Talei is going to be one of her girls in the solid breeding programme.

Ruby's second litter produced yet more gorgeous babies.  One of whom is still here with us at Dazzlecats and that is Dazzlecats A Whole New World (Georgia). Details of her can be seen on her own page. Also Dazzlecats Luck Be A Lady (Dooley) who is a solid blue and white girl and can be seen out on the show bench in Scotland and the North of England. There was also Dazzlecats My Girl (Arwen) who is a much loved pet of Kelsey, Matt and Kyle and whom we still keep very much in contact with.
