S Crichton Maine Coon Brown/Blue Tabby (Inc Bi-Colour) Kitten Female
1st Davison’s DAZZLECATS AWHOLE NEWWORLD
A brown tabby and white female of six months who had plenty of substance for her age and was a fair weight and size having a rectangular shape of good body length and strong legs that were well muscled. Head was of medium length and had a uniform width nose with the nasal bridge half way between the ear line and nose tip and with a shallow concave dip and a pink nose leather and showing a sweet white dot on her nose. Muzzle was developing but could have been more square and was showing tabby spotting. Fairly full cheeks with a firm white chin and a level bite. The ears were large and tall and had small ear tufts and pale ear feathers covering the wide ear base and could have been sited higher on the head but were spaced well apart. Fully round eyes with yellowish eye colour were set slightly oblique in the face and had clear pale spectacles. The coat had a glossy top coat and was longer on the body and rump and was white on her bib and a thin white line between the forelimbs on her underside and was shorter over the head and neck with a ruff starting to form. All four feet had white socks and well tufted paws. The tail was long and full and was showing good tabby rings and tapered towards the tip. The tabby markings were very clear on the head and face and she had good bracelets and a butterfly on the shoulders, three distinct spine lines and oysters on the flanks. A placid girl who handled well.

Brown Tabby & White Maine Coon female of 6 months & what a beautiful girl she is. Head of medium length with nasal bridge equidistant from ear & nose tip, width is slightly less than length. Muzzle is square with firm chin & level bite, upper lip & nose leather in perpendicular line. Cheeks quite full for age with high cheek bones. Uniform width nose with shallow concave curve in profile. Ears are large & stand tall, wide to base tapering to appear pointed at tip complete with tufts & feathers, high set & well apart. Full round eyes, well spaced with slight oblique aperture & set. Large long body with excellent weight, muscular with quite good breadth to chest. Limbs in proportion to body size creating the rectangular appearance for this breed, square rump with moderate length to neck. Legs are substantial with large round tufted paws; tail is long & wide at base tapering towards tip. Excellent preparation to her coat, undercoat covered by substantial glossy topcoat. Fur shorter on head & shoulders, longer on back, flanks & tail. Breeches & belly fur shaggy with ruff in place. Coat with excellent preparation, black tabby markings on warm copper agouti ground against pristine white. Handled very well.

E Culf Maine Coon Brown / Blue Tabby (Inc Bi Colour) Adult Female
2ND, DAVISON'S DAZZLECATS A WHOLE NEW WORLD, 64 31t, 24.03.10
Another young female, two months older than my winner. Good head shape, being medium long and slightly less wide, high cheek bones and showing strength to square muzzle, though her chin does fall away slightly. Uniform width to nose, with pencil straight line from nose leather down to chin, I would have preferred to see slightly more curve when viewed in profile. Large, tall ears are spaced apart and with good width at the base, nicely tufted. Full, round green eyes are set obliquely and apart, lovely expression, facially her overall look is enhanced by the wispy blaze on her nose. Excellent body size and substance, with a solid muscular feel to the body and substantial limbs, large round paws and a flowing well furnished tail to balance the length of the body well. Her coat is well presented, with defined facial tabby markings, quite wide solid black spine line diffuses some of the patterning along the body. She showed herself off beautifully.

2nd DAVISON’S DAZZLECATS A WHOLE NEW WORLD. Female Brown Classic Tabby & White Maine Coon. 24/3/10.
Attractive young lady of good overall type, maturing well and looking nicely balanced. Long rectangular body is of very good substance, feeling firm and muscular with strong underlying bone-structure, square rump, gently rounded chest and sturdy well shaped legs ending in large round paws in proportion with some snowshoes. Head is of medium length, slightly longer than wide with good width to high cheek-bones, yet to fill out completely, muzzle is square and of good breadth, feeling quite strong. Medium large broad based ears are tall and of good shape, spaced well apart yet held correctly high to give alert stance, good inner furnishings and lynx-tips. Large lustrous rich warm yellow eyes are full and round in shape, well open and set wide apart and slightly obliquely to give very pleasing expression. Gentle concave curve in profile line to nose, chin is level and of quite good depth, feeling quite firm. Coat length is good considering she is not yet a year old, although still lengthening down sides, top coat shows evidence of desired resilience and flows quite well over some soft undercoat, quite good ruff and breeches, tail is well furnished hairs yet to lengthen and become profuse. Beautifully prepared and in super condition. Black Classic pattern is a little solid on lower back and contrasts against warm coppery toned agouti ground, clear butterfly motif visible across shoulders and slightly burred oysters on flanks, very attractive facial markings; pristine white chest, under-parts and feet. Tail is of good shape and length reaches to shoulder to balance. A very contented girl, affectionate and full of purrs
